What I need to get going:

• An accurate floor plan image (hand-drawn or digital)
• An idea of the design you imagine (In words or pictures) 
• A logo also helps, if possible.

The Process

• Message me for an accurate quote based on the size and complexity of your floor plan. Usually, I charge $70 plus around $0.1 per square foot.
• I will draw up the floor plan and design a layout to your specifications.
• Once you have approved the floor plan, I will then create 3D rendered views incorporating materials, lighting and decor to bring your design to life.
• We will work closely to ensure you are delighted with every aspect of your experience with TG Designs!

 This package supplies you with a design that illustrates plan views, elevations, and sections of your custom-designed heavy timber frame. 

Available as extras

Along with the views, you could get a detailed timber list to let you what sizes you need to order.

Also, you could get detailed 2D piece drawings, 4 sides view to show you the exact cut dimensions with call-outs for timber frame joinery specs and or post and beam connector specs. These drawings are sufficient to build from an experienced framer/ carpenter.
