I don't want to compare with another seller, but I feel he just only simply delete some objects and elements without fixing them. I have already explained everything that I want but apparently, the result is so bad. At the end, I need to do it by myself and lose some money.

the client's task was to "simplify" the existing model. and a cost was agreed for this work. the work was completed in full, about 8-10 hours of working time was spent. Also, requests for the finalization of the model were fulfilled - free of charge, which were not included in the original terms of reference. and now having received virtually everything that was required, the client wants to get back all the money and get the work done for free.
