- I will create a professional 3D scene of an Interactive and inmersive walkthrough experience with photorealistic and detalled materials, lightings, interactions and physics.

If you don't have a 3D model, I can create it.

 

- I will provide a full functional software:

• Hand tracking: no controls are needed in VR, only your hands.
• Intuitive menu: a very usefull and easy menu.
• Material Changing: change colors and materials of elements.
• Props Changing: change assets.
• Data about the property: basic information and photos of the place can be seen by the user.
• Lives: share what the user is watching and doing with another devices.
• Music and sounds: they can be played in the stage.
