I will provide full set of construction drawings for construction of your dream house. I can also do construction of commercial projects upon need.

The basic package includes:

·      Site plan

·      Floor plans

·      4 elevation

·      1 section

·      Roof plan

The standard package includes everything in basic package plus door/ window schedule and detail whereas the premium package will have additional electric and sanitary drawing and details.

Additional drawings must be purchased separately.

ADDITIONAL DRAWINGS: 

·      Foundation and trench plan

·      Column layout plan

·      Wall detail

·      Floor finishing schedule

·      Kitchen and toilet details

·      3D renders (interior or exterior)

REVISIONS DOES NOT INCLUDE TO ADD EXTRA WORK THAT WAS NOT QUOTED FOR. (If any extra works is to be added, additional charges will be taken accordingly.)

The delivery and price may vary depending on the Number of Story and Drawing Requirements.
