I will draw high quality 2d architectural floor plan for real estate agents / commercial / presentation / marketing tools.

I can convert your sketch into a 2d architectural floor plan with scale, areas,furniture, measuruments, colors.

My prices are

• $10 - for small project (up to 500 sq.ft or 50 m2)
• $15 - for medium project (up to 1000 sq.ft or 100 m2)
• $20 - for large project (up to 1500 sq.ft or 150 m2)

This offers is for a single floor plan only.

My work may include adding color, material, texture, shadows, furniture, environment, or anything you want. I can make black/white option, without textures.

To start I need:

• drawing/ CAD file/ PDF/image/ or anything you have

My toolset includes the following software: Archicad, Autocad, Twinmotion, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop.
