What this gig includes:
- applying materials to your project
- setting a lighting scene to showcase your commercial\public building project
- rendering the project using 3dsMax+Corona or Lumion
- Postproduction in photoshop

What information i need:
- 3d model of your residential house in SketchUp (.skp), Revit (.rvt) or 3dsMax (.3ds)
- Detailed description of your needs, so i can provide you with the best result
- It would be great if you also have some references of what you expect to see
